The Role We are looking for a temporary part-time Client Experience Associate to support our team as the first contact to greet clients and answer incoming calls. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the office, coordinating meeting schedules and assisting with marketing events as requested. We expect this position to span around six months with the possibility of extending to a permanent position after that time. You will report to the Managing Director. Hours Part-time position: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, with a one hour lunch break. What You’ll Do • Office “Well-Being”: Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a timely manner. Ensure office areas are always well-kept and ready for clients. Manage supplies and sort mail. • Scheduling & Task Coordination: Assist other team members with client and internal team scheduling. • Events & Marketing: Assist other team members to coordinate logistics for internal events, client meetings, and team offsites. Manage catering and meal planning, room setup, and guest accommodations to ensure a professional and welcoming experience. Responsibilities Provide a safe, clean, stable, and welcoming home environment for an individual receiving Assistant Family Living (AFL) services. Offer housing by welcoming an individual into your home and supporting them in a family-style living setting. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and household routines. Teach and encourage independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, budgeting, shopping, and home management. Support individuals in achieving goals outlined in their Person-Centered Plan (PCP) and Individual Support Plan (ISP). Encourage community inclusion by assisting with recreational activities, appointments, employment, volunteer opportunities, church, and social events. Provide emotional support, mentorship, encouragement, and positive reinforcement. Monitor and document daily progress, behaviors, health concerns, and significant events in accordance with agency policies. Collaborate with Qualified Professionals (QPs), healthcare providers, guardians, family members, and CareLink Solutions staff to ensure quality care. Transport individuals safely to appointments, community activities, and other approved destinations as needed. Respond appropriately to emergencies or behavioral situations while following agency procedures and safety protocols. Maintain confidentiality while protecting the rights, dignity, and independence of each individual served. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health, direct support, healthcare, or human services is preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and committed to providing person-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports on time. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire. Ability to meet state and agency requirements for providing AFL services. Must have adequate living space within your home to accommodate an individual receiving services. Territory Sales Manager Role Overview Manages the overall execution and delivery of product on volume, revenue, account growth, and cost control of the assigned sales department. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Directs the planning, strategic goals, and objectives of the assigned segment. Performs full range of managerial duties for employees supervised including coaching/counseling, hiring, terminating, and employee development. Tracks daily sales for both individual sales representatives and total segment. Develops key account call list and conducts regular visits. Ensures all small format and large format accounts meet or exceed PBV standards. Manages all resets with available resources. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required and five (5) years sales experience required, preferably in the beverage industry. Must be able to obtain a Class A CDL license. Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Margin Minder experience preferred. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Must be able to direct and motivate others. Must have good troubleshooting skills. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. The ability to multi-task and set priorities is required.
