Key Responsibilities Marketing & Creative Operations Own the integrated marketing and creative calendar across all business initiatives. Build and maintain project timelines for seasonal launches, campaigns, photoshoots, videos, retail programs, PR initiatives, and product launches. Coordinate priorities and workload across Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience. Ensure projects move efficiently from briefing through final execution. Identify timeline risks and proactively resolve bottlenecks. Go-to-Market Management Own the operational execution of all product launches by coordinating: Creative asset development Product photography Copy development Retail marketing materials Sales presentations Website readiness Email and CRM launch timing PR materials Influencer and partnership deliverables Launch approvals Maintain launch readiness checklists and ensure all milestones are completed before launch.
