You will work directly with customers and our production team to understand what they need, draw it, price it, and when the job is won, help make sure it gets built right. There is a heavy mentorship component for this role, so the ideal candidate will be excited to learn new every day and receiving ongoing coaching. Over time, you will see your estimates and drawings come to life on the shop floor and ship to real customers.
