Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and documenting actions taken. Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
