Monitor coating application processes to ensure proper coverage, appearance, and finish quality. Apply powder coat and other approved finishing materials according to specifications. Verify coating thickness, finish appearance, gloss, and color match using approved quality inspection methods and tools. Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials, finishes, or products. Load and unload materials from curing ovens and finishing systems using approved handling procedures. Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues and communicate concerns to supervision. Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain equipment and work areas.
