*Overview* We are a growing wholesale sign manufacturer serving sign companies throughout the region. We specialize in high-quality channel letters, cabinets, custom signage, and fabrication. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Channel Letter & Sign Assembly Technician. *Responsibilities* * Interpret drawings, lighting layouts, and production documents to accurately assemble signage components. * Assemble channel letters, raceways, cabinets, and other custom signage. * Install LEDs, power supplies, wiring, and electrical components. * Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. * Apply trim cap, mount letter backs, faces, and internal components. * Safely use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. * Package completed signs for shipping. * Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols and safety guidelines. * Handle manual tasks such as lifting and positioning large signage. * Collaborate with team members in a manufacturing setting to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in channel letter fabrication, sign manufacturing, sheet metal assembly, or a related production environment is preferred. * Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools. * Ability to read measuring tapes and follow detailed instructions. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. * Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. *Preferred Experience* * Channel letter fabrication * LED sign lighting and wiring * ACM, aluminum, or sheet metal fabrication * Vinyl application * Sign industry experience *What We Offer* * Competitive pay based on experience * Overtime opportunities * Paid holidays and paid time off * Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance benefits * 401k + match * Profit Sharing * Stable, year-round employment * Opportunities for advancement and skill development If you take pride in building high-quality signs and enjoy working with your hands, we'd like to hear from you.
