Carry out routine activities that produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances. 2nd Shift – Facility Supervisor

Communicate quality issues with other department managers and management team. Perform in-process testing. Calibrate pH equipment weekly. Maintain in-process production forms/sheets/logs. Verify weekly cleaning of machinery, review procedures, and logs. May be required to work different daily schedules at times to train and interact with associates on other shifts. Maintain time keeping system and monitor attendance of direct reports. Keep a safe workplace and report unsafe areas. Fill in for section leaders and other positions as needed. Keep the department clean, neat, and organized. Any other duties as assigned by Manager. Role Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience: Must have prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be forklift and tugger certified.
