A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE: Plans, coordinates, and directs a large and important engineering project or several smaller projects with many complex features. Lead a team of EIT’s, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction plans, exhibits, reports, tables, etc. as may be requested/required by the client. Be responsible for the daily operations and deliverables that may be necessary for the development of single-family residential and commercial projects. Analyze project scope, client’s RFP and firm’s proposal. Organize work on project and set procedures in accomplishing project. As a Project Manager you will plan, coordinate, and direct a large and important engineering project or several smaller projects with many complex features. Experience managing multi-state projects and permitting agencies Project Manager will interact with the Client and other consultants and must have good communication skills. Facilitating cross-functional workshops and improvement activities, coaching teams and building capability in continuous improvement tools and practices. Using data and performance metrics together with direct process observation to prioritize opportunities, track project progress, and validate business impact and savings. Supporting the standardization and sustainment of improvements through standard work, visual management, training, and continuous follow-up. Qualifications for the role Minimum 2 years in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You have established skills in Lean methodologies, structured problem solving, root cause analysis, process improvement, and waste reduction. Proven experience leading improvement projects and facilitating cross-functional teams, with the ability to translate opportunities into measurable results. You are comfortable working hands-on in a manufacturing environment, observing processes on the shop floor, engaging with frontline teams, and turning observations into improvement opportunities. You are passionate about problem solving, coaching, collaboration, and driving change, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
