Generally, clinical assistant are responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the facility on second shift. You will manage the community from 3p-11p. You will complete med tech cart audits 2 times a week, chart audits, monitor medication passes by certified med techs, make sure showers are given, completion of ADL's, etc. They help supervise current employees and in the events that take place within the facility. They also help recruit and hire new employees, ensure all necessary paperwork is in place, and provide orientation sessions for the new hires. Evaluations must be conducted for all employees and any complaints or concerns are looked into by the Executive Director.
