Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks,, and hand trucks to move and transport goods - Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of products - Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers - Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist with inventory management, including counting and organizing products in the warehouse - Perform general warehouse duties, such as cleaning and organizing work areas Skills: - Knowledge of route driving and ability to navigate efficiently using maps or GPS systems - Strong customer service skills to interact with customers during deliveries - Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and moving of products - Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers - Experience with loading and unloading trucks in a safe and efficient manner - Familiarity with courier services is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
