Overview: POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Forklift Operator will operate a forklift to transport product within the warehouse safely and efficiently. This position will also perform receiving and/or shipping functions as assigned by department supervisor. In addition, the Forklift Operator will assist with daily cycle count and yearly physical inventory processes. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Record product transfers within the warehouse and provide real-time updates to the Oracle inventory management system with the use of the radio frequency bar coding system. If system is unavailable, accurately record products transferred on a Move Ticket and return to the Warehouse Supervisor for immediate update into the Oracle inventory management system. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES · Monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in same; identify all operational problems in inventory. Perform inventory reconciliation. · Monitor all procurement requests of facilities, ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory, and maintain records for same. · Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all product transfers between facilities. · Prepare and update all required paperwork for vendor products, ensure accuracy in all inventories, and resolve any issues in same. · Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records. · Manage all communication with manager and make recommendations to same if required. · Manage all inventory transactions and provide required feedback to team as needed. · Oversee all operations in the inventory warehouse (less than 1,500,000 cases of annual sales that are loaded by the facility) including, but not limited to: Sales Loading, Transport Loading, all inventories, and Facility Safety and Security across all shifts and all days. · Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS · High school diploma or equivalent. · Bachelor’s degree in Inventory/Operations Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred. · One (1) year of inventory coordination experience preferred. · Three (3) years supervisory experience in warehousing, inventory, or manufacturing is preferred. · SAP experience preferred. · Good math and PC skills. · SAP and inventory knowledge preferred. · Attention to detail is critical. · Excellent communication skills. · Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. · Must be able to work the hours necessary to complete assigned tasks. OTR Box Truck Driver — Job DescriptionJob Overview We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused *OTR (Over-the-Road) Box Truck Driver* to transport freight across regional and interstate routes. The driver will operate a box truck, safely load and secure cargo, complete deliveries on schedule, and maintain accurate transportation records. This position requires extended time on the road, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service and safety. Key Duties and Responsibilities * Operate a box truck safely on local, regional, and interstate routes. * Transport and deliver freight to customers, warehouses, and distribution centers. * Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip and report maintenance or safety issues. * Load, unload, and properly secure freight to prevent damage during transportation. * Verify bills of lading, delivery receipts, and other shipping documents. * Complete accurate delivery and mileage records. * Follow all DOT, FMCSA, company, and applicable state/federal safety regulations. * Maintain communication with dispatch regarding routes, delays, deliveries, and unexpected issues. * Perform or assist with basic loading/unloading and handling of freight. * Provide professional and courteous customer service at delivery locations. * Maintain a clean and organized truck and cargo area. * Manage driving hours and required rest periods in accordance with applicable regulations. * Report accidents, vehicle damage, delays, or other incidents promptly. * Secure the vehicle and cargo when parked or unattended. * Travel overnight and spend extended periods away from home as required.
