In this role, you’ll help ensure every tray that comes off the line meets our strict quality standards while keeping your work area clean, organized to ensure a safe working environment and running smoothly. This is a hands-on job in a fast-paced manufacturing environment—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team. As a Production Team Member, you’ll help create eco-friendly packaging that makes a real difference. You’ll keep things running smoothly on the production line, make sure every tray meets our quality standards, and keep your space safe and organized. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and perfect for someone who likes to stay busy while working with others. What You’ll Do Perform regular quality checks on finished goods Follow PPE requirements - safety glasses, gloves, hair/beard nets/hearing protection Remove defective trays to keep production running efficiently. Use of non-motorized industrial equipment (training provided). Count, sort, and prep products for rework or storage Inspect pallets to ensure they meet our shipping requirements Complete daily operator reports and other required documentation Comply with safety practices and ensure work areas and equipment are always kept clean & free of hazards or contaminants. Position Responsibilities: Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations. Assemble parts in accordance with standardized work instructions. Stop the line due to Safety or Quality. Qualify on at least one task and the upstream and downstream tasks. Maintain area cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles. Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. The most qualified candidates will demonstrate the following: May required a High School Diploma or GED May require 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Must be able to identify differences in standardized work instructions and inconsistencies in parts and be willing to stop the line. Must qualify on at least one task and the upstream and downstream tasks. Must be able to use air/battery operated Tools. Follows standard operating procedures and work instructions.
