Bonus structure is 5% of annual salary if goals are met. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Drive goals of the company leading to financials success of facilities and portfolio * Counseling of few clients and families * Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance work flow, and/or improve the work environment. * Lead facilities management staff and consultants in developing and working from a business plan that focuses on all aspects of facility operations, including setting priorities and job assignments. * Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct company programs and activities in conjunction with the company’s operational budget and state and federal regulations. * Monitor each department’s activities, communicate policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback and assist, observe, coach, and discipline as needed.
