The Nursing Services Supervisor will oversee all unit activities including, but not limited to, admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, restraint and/or seclusion and relieving for break or meals. The Nursing Services Supervisor manages the Registered Nurses and Mental Health Technicians working on the unit as part of the nursing team. Provides medication for the nursing staff when the Pharmacy is closed. Reports employee performance and/or relations issues to appropriate Nursing Services Manager.
