Job Purpose • Lead Maintenance Plant Operations • Manage, design, determining equipment specifications and planning and prioritizing tasks. • Lead projects for continuous improvement and promote equipment engineering improvement with six sigma (ALPS projects) or kaizen events. • Manage resources to comply with the requirements from OSHA, NFPA, National Electrical Code, High Point Air Permit and SAQ.
